Thunderbird 115.10.1 has stopped retrieving emails 5/5/2024

I checked with my website/email host who show no problem. I was able to see new messages I missed there, so the site is working. I checked with my internet provider, Centurylink (DTTH) who says I'm paid up and there are no restrictions on my account, which shows active. Settings hadn't seemed to have changed, but I received 2 domain emails since then, nothing else. I noticed that the program updated right around the time of the problem, but it comes up and acts normally. 'tis a brain scratcher, it is.
